I have spent a lifetime in conversation with two great teachers, Nature, and the human soul. What I have learned is that they speak the same language. The same intelligence that moves a river to the ocean, that raises a Baobab from bare soil, that holds gold in the ground long before any hand reaches for it- that same intelligence, lives in you.
I am not here to fix you. You don’t need improving. I am here, because I know what it feels like to carry what was never yours to carry, living identities that do not belong to you, and the relief and freedom that comes with releasing them.
I have walked this path, through the ancient wisdom of the land, the deep currents of human emotion, and the science of change, and what I found at the end of all that searching was not something new, it was what I had always been.
