Hi, my name is Brigitte, but my friends call me Gitte, and I am so happy that you are here. Life is such an extraordinary experience through which we are here to learn and grow. As with all learning, we need a teacher.

The best teacher of all is Nature. When we observe the systems and processes found in Nature, we begin to unravel an understanding of our own inner natures. By paying attention to these natures, we develop the ability to move beyond the shackles of the pains of the past, as well as the fear and anxiety connected to our worries for the future.
